The Lost Hill Trek
Trek Through Rainforests, Rivers & Hot Springs of Surrounding Arenal
The trek starts with a 30-minute drive from La Fortuna. During the hike, you will explore a landscape that has been formed 90,000 years ago during the activity of the volcano. The trek cover 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) of rainforest, so you should be prepared for a long and active hike.
During the day, you will come across hot springs, rivers and waterfalls. The mud in the hot springs has minerals that are good for your skin is to be said. You can clean the mud off while taking a swim in the rivers or waterfalls.
