In this cooking class you will learn all about the tropical Costa Rican recipes from Chef Scott Alan and his local chefs. Grilling, slicing and flavoring are some of the techniques that you will learn in this class. You will even learn how to whip up one of the classic Caribbean cocktails.

Through the window of the kitchen you can enjoy an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano. The La Fortuna Waterfall is very close to the kitchen as well, the surroundings are just as breathtaking as the food that you are preparing. The chefs let the visitors participate and prepare the dishes, but if you just want to look and taste afterwards that is also fine.
