The Arenal Rossi is located in the northern part of Costa Rica surrounded by lush green forest, Arenal Volcano and the town of La Fortuna. The quaint and bustling town of La Fortuna is located at the base of the renowned active Arenal Volcano drawing in tourists from all around the world. This region has rich and fertile soils making it possible to grow absolutely delicious fruits and vegetables which are made available at the local markets. Though the town is still relatively small it has a lot to offer in restaurants, shops, banks, and markets. It’s a magnificent place to visit and enjoy the stunning natural surroundings of Costa Rica.
The nature and adventure lover will find many activities to pursue from exciting white water rafting adventures to sport fishing in Lake Arenal. Visit the awesome La Fortuna waterfall on horseback and take a refreshing afternoon dip in the natural pool. Want to explore the volcano up close? Join in on a guided hike that will take you on astounding nature trails and past interesting lava rock formations. Start your morning bright and early with a bird watching tour and end your day exploring the creatures of the night on the night walk tour. For something a bit more low key visit the butterfly farm and garden.
The Arenal Rossi hotel has spectacular views of the volcano at a safe distance and is close to restaurants and local attractions. The restaurant, Mirador Steakhouse, is just a short distance from the hotel offering a great selection of international and national dishes as well as its specialty beef.
