Arenal Lodge

The Arenal Lodge is located on a 2,000 acre property and is surrounded by lush rain forest that houses hundreds of exotic birds and animals. The lodge offers a one-of-a-kind panoramic view of the volcano and the lake. The lodge, with a fine wood finish, features a lobby with chimneys, all contributing to the home-like ambiance. Here you will find a finely decorated restaurant featuring an international menu, a delightful butterfly garden and walking trails. Whether you are looking to relax or be active, the lodge has something for everyone including swimming pools, playgrounds, game rooms, fitness rooms, steam rooms and Jacuzzis.

Arenal Lodge offer a variety of comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms:

Standard rooms:
View of the interior garden but NOT of the volcano: one queen size bed and one single bed, private bathroom with hot water, coffee maker, and cable tv.

Superior Rooms:
New rooms with a panoramic volcano view and connecting rooms for you to enjoy with your family and friends. All superior rooms are equipped with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and cable tv.

Junior Suites:
Enjoy the view of the Arenal volcano and pristine rainforest from your private balcony. This suite includes two queen size beds, a microwave oven, coffee maker, cable tv and a small refrigerator.

Family Suite:
New rooms with connecting doors for you to enjoy with your family. All Family Suites have a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and cable tv.

Chalets:
These cozy rooms overlook the Arenal lodge gardens, the volcano, lake and rainforest. Each chalet has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cable tv and coffee maker. The chalets have a king size bed, a queen size bed, and a single sofa bed with a reclinable chair.

Master Suite:
A most spacious setting with two queen size beds. This suite boasts a delightful sky-lighted and plant lined bathroom, a large, private balcony with both volcano and rain forest views, and a kitchenette with a microwave oven, small refrigerator, cable tv, air conditioning and coffee maker.

HoneymoonSuite:
Watch the Arenal volcano from the king size bed and enjoy a private terrace, sitting room, and kitchenette (microwave oven, small refrigerator and coffee maker). The matrimonial suite also has cable tv and air conditioning.

Restaurant:

Imagine yourself having a great dinner watching incredible lava flows from your table and listening to all kinds of nature sounds … That's the Arenal Lodge Restaurant!
